Over the years, in no particular order, I’ve been busy doing the following: sang and wrote songs for a comedic singing duo which toured in New York and performed all over Chicago, studied and taught the art form of improvisation, landed a dreamy job working with brilliant minds at a university (Hey, I’m a Virgo, I need to be creative and have structure.), fell in love with my husband during a session at his recording studio, discovered the beauty of cooking and baking, started freelance writing again (Studs Terkel is a god!), and did some traveling at home and abroad (everything tastes better in Italy).
Oh and by the way, I was diagnosed 3 years ago with a rare auto-immune disease called MULTI-FOCAL MOTOR NEUROPATHY. I always knew I was special, but come on!
